These three sit closer together than you might think. University Heights is roughly five miles from Euclid and about five and a half from Maple Heights, which makes it the middle point of the east side group. If your usual location cannot take an order, the next one is rarely far.
How fast can you actually get catering?

What should you order for an office lunch?
Box lunches, if you want the least friction. Each one includes a bag of chips, a freshly baked cookie, a napkin, and condiments, so nothing has to be assembled and nobody has to serve.
Four versions cover most offices:
- Traditional Sub Box Lunch. Each person picks turkey, roast beef, ham and cheese, Italian meats, or veggie, on a hearth baked roll.

When to use trays instead
Trays make sense when the group is grazing rather than sitting down to eat at one time. An all-day training, a shift change, an open house, or a team that filters through a break room over two hours all work better with platters.
The Wing Platter comes in 50 or 100 wings with blue cheese or buttermilk ranch. The Chicken Tender Platter is three dozen tenders serving 12 to 18, with dipping sauces.
