Wolstein Center. Cleveland State’s arena at 2000 Prospect Avenue, a few blocks from the Rascal House at 1836 Euclid. This is the closest venue to any Rascal House in the city.

Cavs games at Rocket Arena typically end around 10 PM and send a wave of orders into downtown kitchens for the next two hours. Guardians games at Progressive Field follow a similar pattern through the April to October season. Browns games are mostly Sunday afternoons, which pushes the rush earlier, though Monday and Thursday night games create real late demand.
If you are hosting a watch party, order during the third quarter or the seventh inning. The food arrives around the end of the game instead of an hour after everyone got hungry.
If you are heading home from the game, order from your seat before you leave. By the time you have walked out, found your car, and driven home, the order is either ready for pickup or close behind you.

The problem with feeding a group during a game is that nobody wants to negotiate. Here is what works.
Wings, obviously
Crispy Boneless Wings or bone-in Buffalo Wings, in mild BBQ, hot, honey mustard, garlic, or sweet chili. They come in 6, 10, 20, and 25 piece, so you can scale to the room.

The Rascal House Deluxe. The menu calls it everyone’s favorite, and it earns that by stacking aged pepperoni, sliced mushrooms, green peppers, red onion, and mild Italian sausage on one pie. Nobody has to compromise and nobody has to order a second pizza.
If the group is hungrier than that, the Super Deluxe adds meatballs and hickory smoked bacon with a Six Pepper Blend. Meat Lovers goes wide with pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon, and ham. All three come in Medium (8-cut), Large (12-cut), and BellyBuster (16-cut), and the BellyBuster is the game day size.
The stuff that rounds it out
Waffle Fries and Garlic Sesame Breadsticks are the two sides that disappear fastest. Chicken Tenders give you a milder option for a mixed group, including kids. Jumbo Warm Pretzel Sticks with warm cheddar cheese sauce are worth asking about, though they are listed as available at select locations.
For the people who do not want wings or pizza, the Rascal Burger is a half pound sirloin patty, and the Greek Salad brings feta, kalamata olives, and pepperoncini. Both come from the same kitchen on the same ticket, which is the thing a pizza-only shop cannot do.

Two things matter for game day specifically. Downtown is the only location holding 2:30 AM every night, which covers any event that runs long. And Maple Heights closes at 10:00 PM on Sunday, which is the same window a Browns game wraps up in, so order early if that is your store.
The other rule: real last call is 30 minutes before close. The final half hour is prep and delivery, not ordering.

A few things make the difference between a 30-minute delivery and a long wait.

The original Rascal House opened in 1980 at 1836 Euclid Avenue, directly across from Cleveland State University. Mike and Fouly Frangos built it around a simple problem: people needed good food fast, at the hours they actually wanted it, and they did not all want the same thing.
