To become a Rascal Rewards member, you must enroll in Rascal Rewards by downloading the Rascal House app and creating an account. Alternatively, you can automatically become a Rascal Rewards member by creating an online ordering account.

You will earn 10 points for each dollar you spend during a loyalty transaction.

To earn points, you must enroll in Rascal Rewards by downloading the Rascal House app and creating an account. You will earn rewards points when you are signed into your account and place an order online or through the Rascal House app. You can also earn points in-store by scanning your Rascal Rewards barcode at the register in the Rascal House app.

You can redeem your points for a variety of Rascal House favorites, including Pizza by the Slice, Hand Breaded Chicken Tenders, the Rascal Burger, Combo Meals and more. Limited time reward items may also become available from time to time, and you’ll be the first to hear about it!

Rascal Reward points will remain in your account for 6 months after the last transaction on your account. If your account becomes inactive, your points will automatically expire after 6 months.

Rascal Reward points expire after 6 months of account inactivity.

Once a you redeem your points for a reward, you have 7 days to use the reward before it expires.

Only one Rascal Rewards account can be associated with the same phone number or email. To combine multiple loyalty accounts, contact info@rascalhouse.com.

To identify as a Rascal Rewards member and earn points with every order, you must sign into your account prior to placing an order online or through the Rascal House app. You can also scan your Rascal Rewards account barcode in the Rascal House app when ordering in the restaurant.

With the new Rascal Rewards program, Rascal House online ordering accounts are now linked to Rascal Rewards and have all the benefits of Rascal Rewards members.

Rascal Rewards members from the original program have been migrated to the new Rascal Rewards program. If you wish to link your account, you will need to download the app and create a new account using the same phone number you used to track your rewards account with the old loyalty program.

If you wish to have your Rascal Rewards account deleted, you must submit your request in writing to info@rascalhouse.com and specify your account’s identifying details including first and last name, phone number and email. Once an account is deleted it cannot be restored.
