HERE’S HOW WE’RE KEEPING YOU SAFE AMIDST THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

As the world anxiously watches the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation unfold, we want to confirm that as a brand, we are following this situation very closely and monitoring all guidance from local and state government.

Our top priority has always been to protect you, our team members, and our community. In response to the current situation, we have hyper-focused our efforts on team member preparedness, sanitation and food safety in our restaurants. This includes:

  • Increasing our sanitation practices from their already high standard to double the amount required by local and national health codes
  • We have increased our attention to guest touch points and surfaces
  • Ensuring all team members remain vigilant about frequent hand washing as we always have.
  • And of course, any of our team members who are under the weather and/or experiencing any type of illness are never permitted to work.

In an effort to prevent the further spread of Coronavirus, we are TEMPORARILY closing our dining rooms in all locations until further notice from the Governor of Ohio. 

All Rascal House locations ARE OPEN for Pickup, Take Out and Delivery only and will continue with our normal hours of operation.

Government officials have advised all of us to avoid large groups whenever possible which means you may be stuck at home with fewer food options available to you. If you choose to have food delivered, we want you to be confident that our delivery drivers will be here to serve you safely and directly to your door whenever you need us.

Our delivery drivers are held to the same high safety and sanitation requirements, but we’re taking some additional precautionary measures to keep you safe during food deliveries: 

  • Keep your Distance: If you prefer, please ask our delivery driver to leave your order on your porch instead of handing it to you directly. Just let us know if you’d prefer this option when you place your order over the phone, or let us know where to leave your food in the order notes if you place your order online.

  • Sanitation: Our drivers wash their hands at our facilities before each delivery, wash their hands at our facilities after each delivery, and sanitize their hands after handling money.

  • Order Online: We also strongly encourage you to order online, pay for your food online and tip your driver online if you wish to.
