What’s Your New Year’s Resolution?

It seems like people have been making New Year’s Resolutions forever. It’s just a tradition that almost everybody takes part in. Even weirder— they’re almost always about losing weight, quitting a bad habit (like smoking) or saving money.
Another tradition almost everybody (or at least 48% !!!) takes part in? Abandoning their resolutions halfway through January!
Don’t give up on your resolution this year! Before throwing in the proverbial bowl just yet— remember why you made the resolution in the first place, and re-evaluate your goal to figure out how you can make it easier to attain. You may find that you just need to make your expectations a little more realistic— instead of resolving to go to the gym every single day, maybe it’s more realistic to resolve to go 4 days a week.
