FAQ & General Overview of the Rascal Rewards Club Program: 
The Rascal Rewards Club Program allows you to earn points on all your purchases. Those points can then be redeemed towards special gifts or cash discounts on future orders.

How many points do I get? 
You earn 5 points for every net dollar spent. You can begin earning free gifts with as little as 125 points (see our prize list for details).Taxes, discounts and gratuity are excluded.

How do I sign up?
You can sign up in person at your local store location or by phone.

How will I know how many points I have? 
Your rewards point totals and activity are displayed on all your receipts. You can also call us at any time and we’ll tell you over the phone. Call the store where you signed up. They can give you you’re point balance.

Can I earn points from all store locations? 
It is possible to earn points from more than one location; however, the points that are earned at one location are not combined. Points earned at each location are good for that location only.

What order types are available for orders being paid for with points? 
Points can be used for pickup, dine in and delivery. If you use points to get a free order…this can be delivered. Points that are redeemed for cash discounts go directly toward the cost of menu items. Delivery surcharges, taxes and gratuity must still be paid separately.

Can I use other coupons along with cash discounts earned with points? 
Yes, Points are as good as cash towards the purchase of menu items

Terms and Conditions

The Rascal Rewards Program is a customer recognition program that rewards enrolled Rascal House Pizza guests for dining with us. Enrollment, membership, and all related benefits of the Program are offered to you by Rascal House USA, Inc and participating Rascal House Pizza locations at their discretion. Your participation in this Program is subject to all program Terms & Conditions including any changes made to these Terms in the future.

ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLLMENT. To enroll in the Program you must have a valid postal address with zip code and valid email and telephone accounts. You must also be at least 18 years of age. Employees of Rascal House USA, Inc, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and others who are eligible for employee-based discounts or benefits are not eligible to participate in the Program. Your membership is nontransferable.

PROMOTIONS AND MEMBER BENEFITS.
Some restaurants may not participate in the Program so be sure to check with each restaurant location before you make your purchase. Points from one location are not linked to points from another locations.  Each participating location will issue points but points from multiple locations are not combined into one grand total. Points will accrue specific to the location of reward purchases.

Please retain copies of your receipts and/or account statements for your records. We have no liability for (a) any printing, production, typographical, mechanical, or other errors regarding the earning, redemption or accumulation of participation credit or any other aspect of the Program; (b) any delay or failure to credit your account; or (c) any failure to provide Program communication. We reserve the right to invalidate purchases credited to your account if we determine that such purchases were improperly credited to your account or obtained fraudulently.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE AND REDEMPTION. We reserve the right at any time to limit Program enrollment, or to establish different levels of Program participation that may result in promotions that are not available to all Members. We may discontinue your membership and void or cancel your account at any time, for any reason, without notice to you, including if we suspect that you have engaged in fraud or theft, or have otherwise acted illegally, or not as authorized in these Terms.

All rewards are available while supplies last and maybe subject to change without notice.

PROGRAM OR ACCOUNT TERMINATION OR MODIFICATION.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to (a) suspend, change or terminate the Program, any individual promotion, or any member benefit, in whole or in part; (b) modify, limit or suspend the use and/or redemption of any participation credit, such as Qualifying Purchase credit, in any respect; (c) modify or change redemption procedures, including the amount of participation credit required for particular rewards. You expressly agree to assume responsibility for reviewing the Terms for any updates or modifications. If you don’t agree to any changes to the Program or these Terms, your sole remedy is to deactivate your account (and forfeit any unused credit).

MEMBER OBLIGATIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS. By submitting an application to enroll in the Program, or by taking part in the Program, you are agreeing to these Terms, as they may be amended from time to time.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGAINST US. NEITHER RASCAL HOUSE USA, INC., ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, OR SUBSIDIARIES, PROGRAM AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, OR ANY OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS SHALL HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, INJURY, DAMAGE, DELAY, ACCIDENT, COST OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS OF SUIT), NOR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES  DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO (I) THESE TERMS; (II) THE PROGRAM OR (III) ANY FAILURE, DELAY OR DECISION BY US IN ADMINISTERING THE PROGRAM; (IV) ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR CARD ACCOUNT (V) ANY OFFER, REPRESENTATION, STATEMENT OR CLAIM ABOUT THE PROGRAM MADE BY US OR ANY ASSOCIATE OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY; OR (VI) THE PURCHASE, REDEMPTION FOR OR USE OF ANY REWARDS WHETHER MADE AVAILABLE BY US, ONE OF OUR ASSOCIATES OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY, OR OTHERWISE.
